PELOSI WANTS MORE CHECKS HANDED OUT

The next stimulus package(that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi wants) - never mind getting the current package in the hands of Americans - would be to replenish funds for programs established in Congress’s $2.2 trillion virus relief bill. Pelosi said there should be additional direct payments to individuals, extended unemployment insurance, more resources for food stamps and more funds for the Payroll Protection Plan that provides loans to small businesses.Pelosi would like a bill passed this month.
GRA:I could get used to $1200 every couple months.I wonder if these stimulus bills would have been as generous in a non-election year.though once again,imho,the money must be sent out to keep the ghettos from going berserk over the hot summer months.That will probably happen anyways in Baltimore and Chicago. $1200 just doesn't go as far in buying peace as it might have decades ago.

In Chicago, a recent report found that 70 percent of people who died from COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus, are black — even though the city's population is just 30 percent black.
In Milwaukee County, which is 27 percent black, the figure is 81 percent.
And public health officials tracking the coronavirus have seen similar disproportionate impacts on African Americans in Philadelphia, Detroit and other cities.
But just how widespread the disparities might be across the country is difficult to know, because most states and the federal government haven't released demographic data on the race or ethnicity of people who've tested positive for the virus. That's created an information gap that could aggravate existing health disparities, prevent cities and states from equitably distributing medical resources and potentially violate the law, advocates say.
"Civil rights laws prohibit federally funded health care providers from administering services in a discriminatory manner," said Kristen Clarke, president and executive director of the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, which joined with medical professionals Monday to call for the immediate release of racial and ethnic data on coronavirus infections, testing and deaths. "Our ability to fully understand and confront this pandemic requires and demands that we obtain racial data now.”
GRA:That coronavirus is RACIST!!!It's killing mostly blacks--which is infuriating the media.I guess the only good virus is one that kills mostly whites--you have to assume that's the liberal media's attitude,otherwise a "story" like this one would never make it on-air.
I've already posted plenty about blacks ignoring safety procedures,can Lester Holt and company be so stupid that they would be stumped as to the reason WHY blacks are getting the disease?
That's not explained--just the story that is supposed to make whitey feel guilty that HE is staying as safe as possible--while blacks are dying from being idiots.
Boo hoo.
Headline should have read:
"NNN complains blacks dying from COVID-19 virus more than whites."
NNN also isn't airing the soaring crime statistics being reported in cities where
so called "low threat convicts" are being released into freedom.Robberies,car thefts and home invasions are up 75% in some cities...I wonder if those freshly ejected thugs are responsible?
