GRA: NNN teased this story, with Holt saying, “A Latino who complained about racism at a town meeting, instead became a victim of it.”
NBC’s report:
School meeting meant to highlight racism ends in outrage

A community meeting meant to address concerns over racism in a Michigan school district appeared to become proof of the problem after a white parent suggested to a Latino father that he shouldn’t have immigrated to the United States.
Adrian Iraola, who came to the U.S. from Mexico and whose now-grown children went through the schools in Saline, recalled his son’s experience of racism in the district.
“I went to his bedroom to say good night, and he was crying because of the abuse that he was enduring in this school system,” Iraola said at the school board meeting Monday in the largely-white district south of Ann Arbor.
[N.S.: Abuse by whites, or blacks? The fact that the district is “largely white,” if indeed it is, does not answer my question, since it only takes a few racist blacks to make life hell.]
Iraola was interrupted by a white parent, Tom Burtell, who said, “So why didn’t you stay in Mexico?”
(GRA: A perfectly valid—and non-racist question).
Burtell’s statement drew audible shock and gasps from people in the audience, many of whom turned to face him, as shown on a video from IMLive.com that had garnered almost 800,000 views by Wednesday morning.
One meeting attendee shouted at Burtell, “You need to leave.” Another said, “That’s disgusting,” in response to Burtell’s comments.
“That’s indicative of what these kids are experiencing,” still another said.
[GRA: All white people turning on their own—a guy with the guts to ask the right question.]
Someone (GRA: One person) in the audience appeared to criticize those chastising Burtell, saying the meeting was a “platform for discussion,” to which Burtell responded, “That’s right.”
“Then explain yourself,” an audience member said to Burtell. “You interrupted [Iraola]. Take the mic.”
Iraola, still with mic in hand, then said, “He asked me a question, 'Why didn’t I stay in Mexico?' Because this is the greatest country in the world.”
[GRA: It used to be.]
[N.S.: But how can it be “the greatest country in the world,” if it’s full of racist whites?]
Burtell, who said he has six children who have gone to the schools, shouted, “But you’re complaining about being discriminated against.”
The meeting Monday evening was held in response to racist [sic] Snapchat posts made by Saline High School students that were directed at black school football players, NBC Detroit affiliate WDIV reported. The posts included racial slurs and messages that said “WHITE POWER” and “THE SOUTH WILL RISE AGAIN.”
[GRA: I hope so.]
[N.S.: But “Black Lives Matter” and demands for “reparations” aren’t racist?]
The Saline Area Schools district is affluent, with a median household income of about $107,000 among 28,000 residents, of whom 88 percent are white, 1 percent black and 3 percent Hispanic or Latino, according to the National Center for Education Statistics figures for 2013-2017.
Burtell’s comments drew condemnation from both the school district’s superintendent and a person who identified himself as Burtell’s adult son.
Saline Area School Superintendent Scot Graden said, “This type of bigotry goes against all of the values and beliefs of our school system.”
[GRA: What right does Graden have to dictate a belief system to ANYONE—that Graden says, supposedly speaks for the entire school population? I’m sure many DO NOT feel as liberally slanted as Graden.]
On Facebook, Matt Burtell, who said Tom Burtell is his father, said, “His views of hate in no way represent my own. I stand in solidarity with the refugees and immigrants of the world.”
[GR: Idiot kid.]
Iraola, who with his wife, Lori, runs a Mexican restaurant with a few locations in the area, later told WDIV that he thinks Tom Burtell’s comments may have served to open people's eyes to racism in the community.
“I thank the gentleman for being vocal and expressing his opinion because it will make people realize that this is not a figment of imagination, it’s amongst us,” he said.
GRA: This report was aired on NNN for the sole reason of telling whitey that, “Blacks and Mex are taking over—so sit there and shut up.”

N.S.: Some son. Tom Burtell must be wondering if he should kill him, himself, or both of them.

GRA:That's what little snippets like this and other similar reports are for:To shut whitey down,to drill in his collective brain the futility of fighting what has been designed for him--and eventually reduce or eliminate whitey as a factor in a not too distant future of America.
Holt has this stuff on all the time--a white who opposes black/Mex/Muslim behavior--and dares speak about it--gets taught(as do all whites watching)a lesson with a sledgehammer:
Protest the invasion of Mex,the proliferation of blacks or the comparatively early entrance of Muslims into our formerly white neighborhpods and cities--and you will be villified as a racist;IDENTIFIED as a racist and ostracized/punished for being a racist PUBLICLY.
Pavlov's dog are we all,in the eyes of NNN+plus all media. We are being conditioned on a daily basis.
This white man will be a target--if he hasn't been one already.
NNN and many local news stations refuse to ID black criminals on air,yet will jump at the chance to ID a white man for trying to promote his ideals--that used to be basic thinking, not so long ago.
We were founded as a white country--not Mexican, black or Muslim. We were predominantly white for 200 years. This is how the minorities plan to take it away from us--by making us defensive through Pavlovian conditioning.

Saline is about an hour and a half west of Detroit. I doubt there's any section ape housing to be found.
