Watched the video on Chinese "gutter oil"--disgusting! I never eat ANYTHING from China if I can help it. Make sure your garlic and ginger is not from China. You can tell American garlic because it has lots of tiny roots on the bottom--imported Chinese garlic does not. Unfortunately most drugs are from China--that is why the popular blood pressure medicine losartin was recalled last year for containing cancer-causing chemicals. We need to revive the country-of-origin labels on food--especially meats. And we need to insist that drugs and vaccines are made in the USA. If hostilities erupt with China, suddenly millions will be without their medicines.
