Wilonsky was also supportive of removing the Robert E. Lee statue from Lee Park.


The Tenth Street 'hood is right across the Trinity River from downtown Dallas plus it is "historic" because Negroes used to live there.   That's why it has to be preserved instead of gentrified.  Because of blacks.
