A Negro city manager.
And a Negress chief of the po-po.

Thanks to Dallas for giving us one of their own misfit negroes--Grand Rapids city manager,Mark Washington--you can have him back any time you want.In two short years,he's instituted an anti-white statute to prevent whites from calling the police on blacks and he also implemented (with black police chief,Eric Payne)a policy of turning GR into a sanctuary city for Mex.
We couldn't have done it without that Dallas import.
