Phoenix? Don’t Visit Chicago, Either. Gangs of (black) thugs are out of control
Chicago (WBBM Newsradio) – Dozens of Chicago police officers swarmed the Loop on Wednesday evening as groups of young people caused a series of disturbances.
Roaming bands of teenagers caused chaos from downtown to North Michigan Avenue and more than 30 of them were arrested.
Chicago Police Chief of Patrol Fred Waller said at least 500 young people were running wild through downtown and the Near North Side on Wednesday night, in groups of 50 to 100. Some of them were causing trouble.
“A lot of lawlessness, running around, doing things they shouldn't, snatching phones,” he said.
Many of the teens heaped abusive language at Chicago Police officers, but Waller said the police maintained their professionalism and tried to keep the peace amid the chaos.
“They worked their butt off all night long, and they’re so tolerant of these kids who are just so disrespectful, cursing at them, saying the things they say,” Waller said.
Offenses ranged from fighting to thefts [robberies] of cell phones.
[N.S.: “Thefts” do not involve violence. You can be sure that people’s—whites’?—cell phones were forcibly taken.]
Chicago Police Chief of Patrol Fred Waller's message to young people this summer: “Chicago is a beautiful city. Come down, enjoy the city, but don't come down here and just become reckless and start looting stores and those types of things. We are not going to have that.”
[GRA: Oh yes, you are, arresting blacks is illegal in Chicago—just ask Kim Foxx, the SA.
I also heard a story that a Representative Ford, from Illinois, I assume, wants to categorize violent criminal behavior—get this—as a DISEASE!
The ramifications? How about no jail time for murder, rape, assault—
mostly blacks involved. This is where America is headed.]

GRA:This story was from last August.I heard the same views expressed today on WBBM.Soon,most Democrats will be echoing this negro-- that lawbreaking need not be punished,but controlled with psych drugs.The problem is,we don't have enough shrinks now or associates of shrinks,to oversee the mentally ill,there would NEVER be enough oversight if crime was deemed,"a disease."

Also,Repatha,a heart attack drug,ad leapt into my "Madison Avenue Hall of Shame"as an older white man was seen at a wedding (for his daughter it turns out)and happy to be taking Repatha.
Doubly so,as his daughter was soon shown to be marrying a black guy.

Normally downtown Chicago is a place acknowledged by the colored to be a whitey area. Colored generally stay out of downtown Chicago as the very nature of the place is so alien to them. Going downtown to MESS around as Eddie Kendricks would have put it is done just for that. To MESS around. Raise hell and have some fun tauting and abusing whitey.
