Missy Elliott was clearly the affirmative action component. She sounded awful, can’t dance, wore an ugly costume that looked like a NSACAR racing uniform, and is hard on the eyes.
I couldn’t make out the lyrics that Katy Perry and Lenny Kravitz sang, but I figure it’s better that way.

I'd have watched for the pleasure of seeing Katy's rack if she had performed with a "wardrobe malfunction." I would have had the sound muted of course, but the visual would have been worthy. The rest of it, Missy whatever and Lionel Kravitz or whatever? I'd only have thrown something through my TV.
