Judy performs an Irving Berlin staple from the hit musical ''Annie Get Your Gun'', which had just opened that year starring Ethel Merman as legendary sharpshooter Annie Oakley. Judy was cast as Annie in MGM's film version of the show in 1949, but due to illness, marital problems and disagreements with the studio, Judy was taken off the picture and replaced by Betty Hutton. Performed on ''Command Performance #241''; broadcast on 29 September, 1946.

Two great talents, Irving lived to be101,and Judy died at 47.I read that Rudyard Kipling thought at one time the slums of New York were worse than the slums of Bombay. Kipling was impressed and moved by the Jews. He believed that Jews survive and thrive against all odds.Irving had an incredible life.He not only survived all odds but flourished and became one of Americas greatest composers.
