What happened to the public's right to know? Or does the judiciary not want scrutiny of members who commit crimes?
A state appellate court on Wednesday ruled both the parents of two Knox County torture slaying victims and the public are barred from reviewing an investigative file on the ex-judge whose crimes led to new trials in the high-profile case.

Mark my words this court decision of itself will be grounds for appeal and mistrial.
It is not so much the crime itself [the crime of course was horrific] but what goes on afterwards that is the real crime.
