According to Great Schools, the student body at Monroe City Louisiana’s Carroll Junior High School, where white teacher’s aide David Payne was beaten almost to death is 99% black and 1% white.
According to the Census Bureau’s American Factfinder, the 2010 Census found that Monroe City had 48,815 residents, of whom 63.9% were black, about 32.2% were white, 1.1% were Hispanic and an equal percent were Asian. Thus, black supremacists long ago turned the city’s Junior High School into a no-go zone for whites.

These injuries used to confined at worse to a bloody nose or a black eye, etc.
for some time [decades perhaps] that level of violence has escalated dramatically and now the injuries are either of life threatening injury or causing some sort of permanent disability.
Bigger, stronger, more pre-disposed to used violence, and more extreme in the use of that violence.
During the same period, lefty judges have abolished height and strength requirements for cops, in order to "diversify" PDs with physically incompetent females, Hispanics, and Asians.
