Confessed war criminal Darren Price is on trial for the murder of Ethan Nichols and Carissa Horton

War criminal Jerard Davis has pleaded guilty to the crime and faces life until parole

In Day 2 of the Horton-Nichols murder trial in Tulsa, Oklahoma, The father and sister of Ethan Nichols testified concerning text messages sent from Ethan's cell phone.

Darren Price is on trial for the double murder. "Price's attorney says Jerard Davis, a man who's already pleaded guilty, did the robberies and murders."

Both Nichols' father and sister told of receiving text messages. Police think Price was the one sending them. When arrested, Price had Ethan Nichols' cell phone in his pocket.
