Update in Donald "Donnie" Frye, III Murder Case

By Nicholas Stix

On Monday, Click2Houston reported,

Two more men have been arrested in connection with the death of a man whose body was found in the driveway of his Atascocita home.

Bobby Dean Jones, 18, and Bruce Lee Taylor, 29, have been charged with capital murder. Giovanni Mora, 18, was charged with capital murder last week.

My reader-researcher David in TN writes:

In LA County, this type of crime is called "Follow Home." It was very common in the San Fernando Valley in the 80s and 90s. the best known was the Laurie Myles murder in 1993. The Raceless Suspects were not convicted until 1999.

The Laurie Myles case was originally filed in Van Nuys, but the highest ranking LA judge ordered it moved downtown.

The main defendant, one Etienne Moore, got "Life Without Parole" because 3 jurors held out against the death penalty.

Here is the account of the Laurie Myles murder. The suspects were described as:

"Investigators on Thursday had few details on the suspects, whom they described as two young men, one about 19."

That description tells you a lot.

The jury deadlocked on the sentence in the penalty phase 6 years later. This account of the sentences describes the MO of the perpetrators as:

"The robbers followed cars into upper-middle-class neighborhoods and robbed the occupants at gunpoint in their driveways. But an accomplice testified that they were twice foiled by screaming victims and that the most they usually got from their victims was about $20-only a few dollars apiece at the end of the night."

So does that mean it's no big deal?

See my report: "Donnie Frye, Another Victim of Affirmative Action Justice, or: What was a Mope with One Conviction for Drugs, and a Later Felony Conviction for Aggravated Robbery with a Gun Doing Paroled After One Year?"

hes talking about a small slice of justice. Im so glad they caught you, now you can no longer plot against innocent kind loving people like Donny... Shooter or not your guilty and if nothing else hopefully the smell and the cold hard prison cell will be enough of a reminder for you to one day see the truth. God bless the Frye family and all the families affected by these poisoned youth. pray for healing

his justice is absolute.
