House party gone sour. That is typical for THEM this time of year. Too much party and too much booze. Things go bad fast. The bad debt, the cheating on a drug sale, etc.

My mother and I used to ride that Exchange ave. bus from time to time. That was decades ago now. Wouldn't do that now.
