Functioning Like a "9 or 90-Year-Old," but Despicable MSM Still Arranged Their Routine White Forgiveness Ritual—and This Time, It was the Increasingly PC New York Post That Did the Dirty Work

"Amazing grace: Cart lady forgives punks," reads the New York Post headline. The lede continues,

 

The philanthropist mom clobbered by a hurled shopping cart bears no ill will to the pint-sized punks who did it, though the assault left her brain-damaged and unable to care for herself, said a person close to her.

 

The troubled Harlem kids are, after all, the very people Marion Hedges has spent her life trying to help, the source told The Post.

 

A thorough read of the brief article (see story at end) belies the happy talk. Marion Hedges doesn't really forgive her Hispanic assailants, Jeovonni Rosario and Raymond Hernandez. She's mentally incompetent. "Talking to her is like talking to a 9-year-old or a 90-year-old." Besides which, this is all hearsay from an unnamed "person close to her."

 

As New York Post reader Shoshana Rose commented, "the fact that she bears no ill will is moot. She doesn't know what's going on."

 

The media frequently stage this White Forgiveness Ritual, as I call it, after a black or Hispanic does something horrible to a white. If a black murders a white, as in the Knoxville Horror case from five years ago, then the media pressure the white victims' families into forgiving their children's black killer. Meanwhile, TV viewers are never told the truth, and are instead deceived into believing that it was the victim's family's idea.

 

I am not aware of the media ever pressuring blacks into forgiving white tormentors, real or imaginary.

 

My colleague, David in TN, spent a few days attending the 2010 Knoxville, Tennessee trial of Vanessa Coleman for the rape-torture-murders of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom. He reported observing black WVLT-TV "journalist" Mario Boone, with the assistance of black court personnel, pressuring Channon's father, Gary, into meeting for a reconciliation photo op with Coleman's parents. The problems with Boone's suggestion were that:

 

1.     Vanessa Coleman was part of the gang that raped, tortured, and murdered Channon and Christopher;

2.     Vanessa Coleman not only was remorseless, but the racist psychopath celebrated the atrocity as an "adventure" in her diary, and even after her  conviction (since thrown out on dubious grounds), winked at friends and relatives in the courtroom; and

3.     The very father, Greg Coleman, who wanted to meet with Gary Christian, is racist scum who denied and continues to deny that his daughter bears any responsibility for the murders, who presents her as a "victim," and who has demanded that a white ex-girlfriend of ringleader Lemaricus Davidson—a girl who had nothing to do with the murders—be prosecuted in his daughter's place.

During Coleman's May trial, WVLT-TV reporter Mario Boone also made some mischief.

What the public didn't know, was that Boone supported Coleman. Why? Because he's black. That's just the way it is. One of the dirty little secrets of affirmative action in journalism is that blacks go into journalism not only to make money off of jobs for which they are unqualified, but in order to help racist black cut throats, through twisting news coverage, and campaigning on their behalf. As David wrote on May 8 [2010],

 

Before court on Thursday morning, I saw Gary Christian talking in a hallway with a local TV reporter [Boone] who is sympathetic to the parents of Vanessa Coleman. Vanessa's father wanted to meet the victims' families and tell them his sympathy for their loss. The trouble is that the Colemans insist their daughter is an innocent victim who was raised to know right from wrong. That night, back in my motel room, I saw the Christians asked about this on TV. Gary walked away from the camera and refused to talk. Deena, Channon's mother, said, "If she was raised to know right from wrong she didn't learn." The respective parents avoid each other.

 

It has become a ritual in recent years for reporters working on black-on-white racial atrocities to get the parents of the white victims together to commiserate with the parents of the black monsters, and present both families in terms of 'we have both lost family members.' As if the "loss" of a racist monster going to jail were morally equivalent to the loss of victim he savagely murdered. If the losses were morally equivalent, then where's the crime?

 

But no one really believes in moral equivalence. You can either take the side of the victims, or of the monsters. As we see in the case of racist black mass murderer Omar Thornton, the MSM has turned morality upside down, and condemned Thornton's white victims as "racists" who got what they deserved, while turning the racist monster Thornton into a "victim" of "racism."

 

Thus, the MSM is so racist that they will not even permit whites who were victimized by racist black monsters to rage and grieve over the atrocities. The MSM "reporters" must add insult to injury.

 

A society whose most powerful institution is dominated by people who celebrate and aid and abet evil, and who routinely condemn good people and the victims of evil, cannot long endure.

 

Unlike so many of the parents of white victims of black racist criminals, Gary Christian had the strength of character to refuse to meet with the Colemans.

 

The mother of Carter Strange, who in June was stomped almost to death by racist black teenagers, was unfortunately unable to resist the media ritual.

 

It's bad enough that blacks and Hispanics are waging a race war on us, but we're supposed to bless it, too! It's called "celebrating diversity." And now this evil has reached the supposedly "conservative" New York Post.

"Her concerns are more about the economic conditions that created that situation — what's going on with these moms?" he said.

 

He said Hedges, an Upper West Side activist hit when two 12-year-olds tossed a heavy plastic carriage from a fourth-floor overpass at the East River Plaza mall on Oct. 31, has been reading up on the attack, but isn't bitter.
