"W": My mother's family owned land in Lancaster County before the American Revolution. It was seized afterwards and divided up among others. Our family were Loyalists. My Mom could not join the DAR. No loss there. But I want Reparations!

There is a bleeding heart judge is equally responsible for the murder of this young girl. I cut and pasted this section from the article:

His adoptive father said Smoker had been 'trouble since we got him.'

The judge told Smoker at the 2007 hearing that he could have imposed a sentence that would have kept him in prison for twice as long, if not the rest of his life, Lancaster Online reported.

But, the judge said he issued a sentence that ensures 'society is protected, but that you could still come out and lead a reasonable life.'

Smoker ended up serving nearly the minimum on that sentence and was released on Feb. 28, 2019.

He issued a sentence that "ensures" society is protected???? That's an absolute word but the sentence guaranteed Smoker would soon be released to commit more crime. That judge is a delusional liar. How does he sleep at night?
