Our friend David Cole has written about “Progressive Prosecution” in California. What it means is stealing something is now legal. This is the policy of the “Soros DAs,” such as Krasner in Philadelphia and the character running this November in L.A. County.
You could tell him the progressive prosecution trope has been in use in Manhattan for a long time.
And Samuel Francis described the process years ago as “Anarcho-Tyranny.”
