Blacks have to kill the goose that lays the golden eggs, wherever they find her. They find one of the few industries that is still thriving in this country, and demand that its leaders let blacks destroy it, by hiring huge quantities—racial quotas, which he calls by the old euphemisms “goals and timetables”—of people with 78-90 IQs to jobs requiring 130-145 IQs. He wants 30 percent of the jobs to go to blacks alone, and 40%, if you count “blacks and Latinos.” His rationale? He claims that those are the percentages of black and Hispanic twits using social media.
But the MSM & Democratic politicians have always claimed there was a “digital gap,” yet Jackson now claims that the percentage of AA blacks and Hispanics using social media exceeds their official numbers by 33%, and that the workforce must match the customer demographics. In that case, most black NBA and NFL players must be fired, and replaced by whites.
And what will the brilliant people who are refused jobs at their talent level do for work, dig ditches?
The problem is that no one challenges black supremacist imbeciles like Desair Brown and Jesse Jackson.
USA Today’s Desair Brown speaks with Rev. Jesse Jackson on lack of diversity in the tech industry.
[Desair Brown is a classic, affirmative action, racist newsroom enforcer. Listen to her opening rhetorical question to her comrade/brother Jackson:
Brown: Civil rights activists are turning up the heat on Silicon Valley, calling on major internet firms to release their diversity numbers. I’m Desair Brown for USA Today, here with Rev. Jesse Jackson, senior [sic] from the Rainbow/Push Coalition, who’s partly behind the campaign. So, Reverend, the numbers show that the tech industry is mostly white male and Asian. How have companies been able to get away with that for so long?
[It’s very difficult transcribing someone whose diction is as bad as Jackson’s is.]
Jackson: The medias [sic] has not expose them. Those who have been locked out have not declared they should be let in. On some [?] motion, it’s some kind of a magic kingdom, kind of rock stars [nerds and H-1Bs?]. They have a lot of H-1B workers they bring in from outside the country.
There’s no job they do that we cannot do here in America. There’s no talent deficit. There’s an opportunity deficit. [That’s true, if you’re talking about white men, but he’s talking about blacks!]…
Hit the link to the article to watch the video, and catch Brown’s attitude, while she “interviews” Jackson. I would have posted the video, but it’s on loud, obnoxious continuous autoplay, and would have driven my readers as crazy as it’s been driving me.]
Jesse Jackson: Tech diversity is next civil rights step

U.S. civil rights leader Jesse Jackson called on the Obama administration Monday to scrutinize the tech industry's lack of diversity. "The government has a role to play" in ensuring that women and minorities are fairly represented in the tech workforce, Jackson told a USA TODAY editorial board meeting. He said the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission needs to examine Silicon Valley's employment contracts. Jackson spoke after meeting with Labor Secretary Tom Perez to press for a review of H-1B visas [!], which allow U.S. companies to hire foreigners for specialty jobs. He said data show Americans have the skills and should have first access to high-paying tech work. [Yeah, but the Americans are all white, and Jackson and Obama want to replace the Asians with blacks!] "There's no talent shortage. There's an opportunity shortage," he said, calling Silicon Valley "far worse" than many others such as car makers that have been pressured by unions. He said tech behemoths have largely escaped scrutiny by a public dazzled with their cutting-edge gadgets. STORY: No more. Jackson has lobbied nearly two dozen tech companies to disclose hiring data, and about a dozen have done so. The result is sobering [This is Wendy Koch editorializing. Men make up 62% to 70% [that’s too few men!] of the staffs of Twitter, Google, Facebook, Yahoo and LinkedIn, while whites and Asians comprise 88% to 91%, according to company data released in the past two months. Their dominance is highest in computer programming and other tech jobs that tend to pay the most. "This is the next step in the civil rights movement," Jackson said, noting minorities represent a sizable share of tech consumers but not its workers. [So what? By that logic, one can say that the overwhelming majority of the players in the NBA and NFL must be white!] He said it's bad business to exclude them. [It’s “bad business” to exclude incompetents? I know, diversity consultants have been repeating this lie, unchallenged by the MSM, for eons.] Of Twitter's U.S. employees, only 3% are Hispanic and 5% black, but those groups along with Asian Americans account for 41% of its U.S. users. To fix the problem, tech companies say they're taking steps such as funding outreach programs like Girls Who Code to encourage women in computer science. [Wasted mordida.] "Like our peers, we have a lot of work to do," Twitter's Janet Van Huysse wrote in a company blog post last week, acknowledging her company is "part of an industry that is marked by dramatic imbalances in diversity." She said it makes "good business sense" for Twitter employees to reflect the diversity of its users. [The hell, it does. If she loads up on incompetents, competitors that stick to merit will leave her in the dust. But she feels she has to repeat such idiotic talking points.] STORY: Lack of diversity could undercut Silicon Valley [How?!] Pandora and eBay will soon release their hiring data, and Apple has said it will do so but didn't specify when, according to Butch Wing, a national political coordinator at the Rainbow Push Coalition, an advocacy group founded by Jackson. Next month, Jackson's group plans to file a freedom-of-information request with the EEOC to acquire employment data for companies that have not yet disclosed it publicly. Those companies include Amazon, Broadcom, Oracle, Qualcomm and Yelp. Wing said Silicon Valley uses H-1B visas to pay foreigners half what U.S. counterparts earn [That is true.]. "They're being hired as cheap labor," said Norman Matloff [!], professor of computer science at the University of California-Davis, who has researched the topic. [Finally, they remember Norm Matloff, but only so they can find yet another way to screw over brilliant white men.] He said there's no shortage of Americans with tech-related skills but rather a widespread abuse of the H-1B visa program, which is run by the Department of Labor. Three of four, or 74%, of students earning a bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering and math — often called STEM — don't work in STEM jobs, the Census Bureau reported this month. The likelihood of landing a STEM job varies by major but includes half of those who majored in engineering and math. Dean Garfield, president of the Information Technology Industry Council, said the industry prides itself on being a meritocracy. "We can, and will, expand our definitions of merit to recognize the importance and value of diversity to our success," he wrote in a recent USA TODAY op-ed piece. Jackson, 72, discussed tech-sector hiring with the EEOC via phone Monday. The former two-time Democratic presidential candidate said he'll continue pushing the issue and has no plans to retire. "The struggle for [extortion] emancipation is my life," he said in an interview. "It's my calling."
[Nonsense: The public, like everyone else, knows that only whites and Asians can build those gadgets. Black talent at the required IQ level is virtually non-existent.]
White, Asian men rule the roost at Twitter
[Clearly, the problem is that the industry is hiring too few white or Asian men. The percentage needs to be at least 99%.]
[Garfield is using diversityspeak, whereby simply being black is a “qualification.” He knows that’s lie, but is apparently terrified of USA Today, but pandering will not help him. He would have done much better to defend meritocracy, rather than talking out of both sides of his mouth.]
[He calls crime “a calling.”]

Depaul University downtown Chicago used to have a Computer Science lab that had tutors available for students; as far as I could tell, they were almost exclusively utilized by Black students.
I caught this 20/20 episode by chance and was riveted, not just the mystery itself but the underlying race issue that was never once addressed in the show. This is a case of a serial rapist named Michael Lee Jones. His victims were blonde females, yet the fact his sexual violence was directed toward white women is never even hinted at. If it were a white male targeting black women would that have happened?
All the elements are here: The hero of this story: Ken Brennan, encounters resistance to his theory a black man committed the rape from the lead detective and even the victim herself. No reason is really given but it's likely political correctness was part of the underlying motivation. The victim was a beautiful young blonde Ukrainian girl who was beaten nearly to death and raped by a racist black sexual predator. Thankfully, Mr. Brennan, in spite of all odds, tracked him down and now he will be in prison for the rest of his life. If not for his persistence the system, which is clearly designed to cut as many breaks as possible to black criminals, would have made sure this racist black rapist would have been set free to continue raping white women.
