The liverpool car attacker has been identified by the ny post, except they’re still not telling us who, or what, he is:

They’ve interviewed his neighbors, who are telling us the guy’s life story and have reviewed his social media presence but won’t give us a name. If they know where the guy lives, and have spoken to his neighbors, then they sure as heck know his name. Article cites LeBron James, because he is a minority owner in the soccer club, who says he is horrified. LeBron is only horrified, because he’s heard the perp is White. If it were a brotha, he’d be giving him the black power salute.
So when do they finally name this guy?
