In war crime trial of Timothy Williams for the rape and murder of Wendy Jerome, Williams’ defense counsel says that her client’s semen does not make him guilty "beyond a reasonable doubt" of raping and murdering Wendy Jerome

[“BREAKING NEWS! After the (usual) three-year news blackout, the trial for the war crime murder of Wendy Jerome in Rochester, New York is finally underway; the authorities issued the perp a free rape.”]

The opening statements were on Wednesday afternoon.

“‘The evidence will show the defendant intercepted her on her walk, sexually assaulted [raped] her and beat her to death. The evidence will show that she was beaten so badly that some of her teeth had been knocked out,’ Monroe County Senior Assistant District Attorney Lisa Gray said in her opening statement.

“Defense attorney Jessica Lauren Naclerio says the allegations relate to one piece of DNA evidence, and told the jurors they will be tasked with asking, ‘is that proof beyond a reasonable doubt?

“The ultimate question will be that if semen is evidence of sexual contact, is it evidence of murder? And the answer is no, Mr. Williams did not kill Wendy Jerome. Mr. Williams is not guilty,’ Naclerio said.

David in TN: We’ve seen this defense over and over. Wendy Jerome was 14 years old, and I assume even in New York she couldn’t “consent.” The killer was 20.

And what about the scenario? A (fairly typical) black male sees a White girl alone and on the spur of the moment decides to rape and murder her. We’ve seen it so many times.

On Thursday testimony began. The victim’s mother told of her daughter going out to deliver a birthday card to Wendy’s best friend and never seeing her alive again. The first investigator told of the body being found in a school alcove. The cross examination was mainly about investigative technique “evolving” over the last 39 years.

N.S.: No, Wendy Jerome could not consent to sex in the state of new york with a 20-year-old man, but as David noted, defense attorneys use this crazy defense all the time on the behalf black rapist-murderers of White females. ‘My client had consensual sex with the late victim, who somehow ended up dead, but he had nothing to do with it.’ Or in this case, ‘Well, it was only his semen.’

What is unique to this case is the misconduct of the prosecutor in not seeking charges of rape, as well as murder. Defense attorney Jessica Lauren Naclerio is going to piggyback on said misconduct. ‘If he didn’t rape her, how could he have murdered her?’

Yes, the magical White killer that sneaks in and does the deed while the negro is out smoking a cigarette. That's who they'd love to blame it on.

  2. Rape is foreplay for scum like Williams, murder the sick, depraved, racist climax.

Is this a hate crime? If not,and it's because the incident happened 30+ years ago and isn't applicable to today's laws--that's garbage. He's a White hating p.o.s.Proof?A lot of coons to choose from to rape where he lives, but a young White teen becomes the target.

    Hate crime.

  3. The trial resumed on Friday. The coverage was miniscule and vague with only one source, Rochester's ABC affiliate.

"A former Rochester police investigator interviewed Timothy Williams less than a week after Wendy Jerome was killed."

"Dr. Nicholas Forbes conducted the autopsy."

"Forbes testified that Jerome's condition suggested at least two different types of weapons were used--one of which could have been hands."

The trial adjourned for the day while the Judge considered an "evidentiary matter."

"The trial is scheduled to resume Monday."

This was the only news story as of 7 p.n. Friday evening.
