Robert Card, according to wmtw out of Lewiston, is a military vet who is a firearms expert—also his current job. fbi sources say a perimeter is being set in the area of where Card is believed to be.

Some reports indicate he made threats four months ago. Today, no threats—just action.

GRA: Still no sign of suspect, Robert Card Thursday morning, as police comb areas near Lewiston, maine and neighboring cities lisbon and Bowdoin.

Reports say between 16 and 22 people were killed last night, along with dozens of others not fatally shot by “the person of interest.”

Partial closures of other cities are being ordered as well.

GRA: Sounds flimsy and farfetched. The breakup may be a partial reason, though I’m not convinced about that either, unless she turns out to look like Dian Parkinson. With a guy who was in an institution for two weeks earlier this year, a pigeon splattering his car might have triggered him.
