Wrap-Up on the Dumbest Eminence in Sodom on the Potomac [brief]

I think the reference below to Trump's "mean tweets" concedes too much.  As far as I know, Trump issued those only in response to others' nasty attacks on him, instead of meekly enduring such sliming, as the standard Repub would.

Black serial killer, John Kelly Banks, who is not being defined as a serial killer is indicted in the random killings of 3 people. Joseph Kelly Banks? Would that be black Irish, or just plain black?

Unfortunately, you must now sign up to read the Oregonian article in it's entirety but I included the link anyways. The MSM doesn't appear to be picking up this story but it did get an NY Post mention (doesn't the NY Post pick up everything though?). A link to the Daily Post story is here:

The big O article is no great loss, I read the print edition and it's mostly a big long excuse playing the crazy card for him but it does have some details the NY Post article doesn't. He murdered 3 men the beginning of each month of this year, attempted to murder a woman and two other men also, though they survived. The official definition of a serial killer is one who has 2 or 3 victims in a space of over 1 month and this guy clearly meets that criteria, yet the word serial killer is not used in either of articles about him. This is the kind of serial killer I only know about because he's one that only got local coverage, which I might still have missed because have been only a few furtive stories about him. I can only wonder how many more black serial killers there are I never even hear about due to this kind of minimal (near non existent) coverage. I'll add this guy to the list which is following the usual pattern of being mostly black men.

Anyone who attempts to foment hostility between the US and Iran, almost always on behalf of Israel, ought to disclose whether he's Jewish or not:

With all of the giveaways to Iran, the administration might as well include the development of Iran's nuclear capability in its "infrastructure" project and funding. I wonder whether, when in a few years Iran is aiming its nuclear weapons directly at Israel and the Gulf States (and perhaps Berlin and Paris, too), ...

What 'giveaways'? -- specifics are usually omitted, as here -- but that's on purpose, because such claims are thrown out as red meat to low information types -- they're meant to trigger a Pavlovian response -- compromises are normal in negotiations.

Looking at all the countries the US has attacked and destroyed, inflicting casualties and suffering on civilians, I don't blame any country for wanting to develop weapons that might deter such an attack.

In fact, Iran is the victim here: the US has for decades led a punishing sanctions campaign against Iran.

It's an open secret that Israel has nuclear weapons and the means to deliver them.

If MAD (mutually assured destruction) was good enough for the US and the USSR during the Cold War, it's good enough for Israel and Iran today.

Jews in America should stop trying to get the US involved on the side of Israel in any conflict with Iran -- any such conflict has nothing to do with us, and we want nothing to do with it -- Iran is not a threat to America.
