WYOMING, Mich. (wood) — “A fight broke out outside a courthouse in Wyoming after a court hearing for a man accused of killing his 2-year-old daughter.

“After the preliminary hearing for Seninta Parks, 26, was adjourned Wednesday morning, a news 8 crew witnessed a fight break out in the 62A District Court parking lot after someone allegedly threatened the victim’s family.

Two people were arrested and taken to the kent county correctional facility on misdemeanor charges, according to the wyoming department of public safety.

There were no reports of injuries, wdps said.

The judge ordered a forensic evaluation of Parks’ mental health to determine his competency.
