What is it that one finds in downtown Detroit, that one finds almost nowhere else in “D”? Homo occidentalis. WDIV4 reporter Chauncey Glover referred cryptically to this circumstance, when he quoted at least one out-of-towner as saying that he wouldn’t “be coming here anymore.”
