AUSTIN -- Police have identified the man shot and killed inside a car in Southeast Austin Friday night.

Just after 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 7 police received a call about a shooting at 2407 Mission Hill Drive off of East Ben White Boulevard.

APD found Louis Charles Allen, 22, dead inside a car with a gunshot wound. The vehicle is described as a white 2000 or newer model four-door sedan with tinted windows.

A group of Hispanic men were seen leaving the area after the shooting.
