Is This Walt Disney’s America or Diego Rivera’s? My New VDARE Column is Up!

Diego Rivera: The Uprising

By Nicholas Stix

Beginning last Saturday night, July 21, Anaheim CA has endured four consecutive nights of rioting after police shootings that killed two Hispanics, Manuel Diaz and Joel Acevedo.

All that Main Stream Media initially reported about the Diaz shooting was that he was in an alleyway at 4 p.m. with some other men, all of whom ran when the police came, and that police believed that Diaz tossed a bag of heroin. However, a letter of correction from the president of the Anaheim police union published maintained that Diaz had acted as though he had a weapon and was going to fire on pursuing officers....

It has turned into a nightmare. I no longer pledge my allegiance to this Marxist totalitarian regime which puts on enough make-up to fool dim-wits that it's still partially America.

The black and brown thugs want to live as savages and will cry racism and riot whenever they are held responsible for their actions.

So much for the joys of "diversity", "multiculturalism", and all the other suicidal nonsense that the left peddles but lives far away from.

Things are going to get much worse as time goes on and more of these savage aliens are brought to this country who want no part of assimilation or being American. I see no end to the flood of human riff-raff anytime soon, so buckle up and try to survive the ride.

They see me as an enemy as a target and I more than feel the same about them. I see the powers behind letting things degenerate to this level and hold those responsible for it in much higher contempt than the savages who are just being savages.

  2. Well, the riot didn't just involved Mexican gang bangers. Two far left groups were involved as well AnswerLa.org and Occupy OC. So, if you see some whites or blacks in the rioting they probably belong to these groups. In fact Occupy movement is honoring the Anaheim riot in La, Oakland and back east in Harlem. The Occupy folks see the Mexicans as the underclass they defend whether they are in gangs or not. Also, National Review slideshow had Hispanics in the background and white occupy or blacks more in front. Probably National Review's way of trying to get the Hispanic vote and downplaying the demographics of Anaheim that they are probably not aware.

  4. I recall a column by the famous sportswriter Jim Murray concerning Los Angeles Ram owner Carroll Rosenbloom's decision to move the Rams from the LA Coliseum to Anaheim. Rosenbloom announced in 1978 he would move to Anaheim after the 1979 season.

Murray wrote something like: "A dentist friend of Rosenbloom's from Bel-Air was beaten up when attending a game at the Coliseum."

Carroll Rosenbloom died from drowning in April 1979 and didn't live to see the Rams in Anaheim. His wife moved the Rams to St. Louis in 1995.

There is some speculation the Rams may move back to Los Angeles when the current St. Louis stadium lease runs out.
