(nbc la)A 19-year-old(black)man was arrested on suspicion of murder after his stepfather was found fatally stabbed inside a home in Castaic, authorities said Sunday.

Deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department (LASD) responded at about 1:35 p.m. Saturday to the 32000 block of Ridge Top Lane following a report of an assault with a deadly weapon, according to the department.

Upon arrival, deputies found a man lying on the living room floor with multiple stab wounds. Deputies provided first aid until personnel from the Los Angeles County Fire Department arrived. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities identified the victim as 62-year-old Bruce Whitney of Castaic.

The suspect in the killing was identified as Whitney’s stepson, 19-year-old Terrance Crawford, authorities said.

Crawford was booked at the Santa Clarita Sheriff's Station on suspicion of murder.

GRA:To answer the headline's question,based on names,it seems like it. Googling"Bruce Whitney" you get a California White professional,while Crawford has been ID'ed--and IS black.

(WPRI)A shooting at the Dennis M. Lynch Arena in Pawtucket during a high school hockey game Monday killed three people, including the suspected shooter, in what police are calling a “family dispute.”

Three other victims who were shot remain in the hospital, Pawtucket Police Chief Tina Goncalves said in a Monday evening news conference outside the rink.

“It appears that this was a targeted event, that it may be a family dispute,” Goncalves said, adding later, “I don’t know the relationship exactly at this point, because it’s still initial but yes, it is family related.”

Goncalves said that police responded to an active shooter call at the rink around 2:30 p.m. and found two casualties, one of them the suspect. A third person who was injured later died at the hospital.

Names of victims had not been released, Goncalves said, noting police are still working to notify family members.

The Presidents’ Day matchup between Coventry-Johnston co-op and St. Raphael-Providence Country Day-North Providence-North Smithfield co-op involved students from multiple schools in the Blackstone Valley.

All students from the Coventry Boys Hockey team who were present “have been accounted for and are safe,” Coventry’s superintendent Don Cowart said in a statement. The Providence Country Day school confirmed in an Instagram story that all students, parents and staff who were present at the game are safe.

Video taken during the game does not show the shooting, but bursts can be heard before players on both benches duck and spectators begin to flee the arena.

The latest incident unfolded on Monday in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, where a 56-year-old man reportedly wearing a dress shot four of his family members and a family friend at a high school hockey game. Police say Robert Robert Dorgan (aka Roberta Esposito) killed the mother of his children and one of their kids before taking his own life.

Dorgan's son was reportedly playing in the game that was underway his murderous rage unfolded. Video captured Pawtucket's Dennis M. Lynch Arena as it transitioned from spectator event to deadly madness. As some 15 shots ring out in progressively more rapid sequence, players and fans gradually grasp the reality of what is happening -- first ducking for safety and then fleeing the arena any way they can. After a several-second delay, one final shot can be heard: apparently fired by Dorgan into his own head:


Police say a bystander intervened to stop Dorgan's attack. That hero was able to disarm Dorgan, but the trans shooter had a second firearm in reserve, which he retrieved and used to kill himself. "[The bystander] interjected in this scene, and that's probably what led to a swift end of this tragic event," said Pawtucket Police Chief Tina Goncalves. NY TIMES REFUSES TO SAY DORGAN WAS A MENTALLY ILL TRANNIE

(Breitbart)The far-left New York Times is as good as spreading disinformation by refusing to report that the alleged Rhode Island ice hockey shooter was a transsexual.

Although the Times story is nearly 800 words long, and five so-called reporters were needed, this obvious attempt to keep its readers ignorant of a vital fact is something beyond ham-handed. This is as close as the Times is willing to come: [I don’t link disinformation.]

"At a later news conference on Monday night, Chief Goncalves said that the shooter’s birth name was Robert Dorgan, born in 1969. She added that the person also went by the name Roberta Esposito, but did not provide further explanation."

This is an outrageous and desperate lie of omission that the far-left Times is required to commit because the tail wags the dog over there. The “tail” is the Times subscriber base, which is made up mostly of intolerant leftists who will cancel their subscription should the Times begin to report truths that make them in any way uncomfortable.

New York Times readers 1) don’t want to be exposed to anything that makes them uncomfortable, 2) do not want facts published that go against leftist narratives, and 3) do not want the Times to publish any truth that might hurt the leftist cause.

Years ago, 56-year-old Robert Dorgan began to identify as a woman. In 2020, he went so far as to report his new gender to the North Providence police department. While doing so, he claimed that his father-in-law threatened to “have him murdered by an Asian street gang if he did not move out of the residence,” per the Telegraph.
