Not surprised a Mexican would try to steal power. I used to work with a Mexican who bragged about turning his electric meter upside down so that half the month it would run backwards.
Love that Tesla Model Y Gran Fuego. On a good day, it takes only three minutes to recharge and hardly anyone in Tijuana notices that their lights dimmed. On a bad day, se dicen, "Dónde hay Tesla, hay fuego."
