ATR: So, lock down the whole country because the elderly are most at risk?

Elderly most vulnerable. Lots of underlying conditions. Same result as with any other flu epidemic. This should not be a surprise to anyone.
The big questions are: why are nursing home patients being denied access to hyroxychloroquine, azithromysin, and zinc which are being used all over the world and have a proven record of curing Wuhan Virus victims? And why are infected patients being put in nursing homes to infect and kill the residents--ask Cuomo? Is this just incompetence or are there other motives?????Are these people considered expendable just because they are old?
