    First it was children out of wedlock.

    Then it was AFDC.

    Then it was NO AFDC if a man was living in the house.

    What was it, in 1950 about 1 % of births were out of wedlock.

    NOW in some communities the rate is OVER 75 %.

    Moynihan predicted over four decades ago such a society with such principles would not last.
