Portuguese Man O' War--Claudio Manuel Nieves Valente Named as "Shooter Du Jour"; No One Believes It

(GRA)Found dead, in a storage unit, the supposed shooter's "body" being found, wraps up this case.

On line, people scoff at this person being the shooter, and it is a tidy way to bring the whole thing to a close. True or not--and I lean toward true--"the powers that be" say "it's over."

And tptb replaced "the fat lady" in these situations, long ago.
