If I was black, I'd be so p.o'ed about the fact that, if I went out for a walk or drove to a store and I KNEW there was a decent chance of getting shot by a fellow black,I'd be storming city hall--hopefully with a few thousand others, saying:"Get these thugs off the street." That would mean squealing on friends, relatives--whomever--but reading about these incidents is mind-blowing.
