jerry pdx He does speak English, from what I've read, just not publicly. In Japan, English is compulsory from 3rd grade up, even at the University level. Some foreign countries require English to be taught as part of the grade school curriculum. India is one notable example, which is a reason why so many internet scam companies operate from there.
