    Did Samuel Little ever own a home and did trick or treaters and their parents stop at the mass murderer's house for candy?More importantly--did they leave said house's porch ALIVE?

    What's scarier and more deadly than Dracula and Frankenstein on Halloween are real life monsters like Samuel Little.
