ReplyDelete(USA today)Seven teenagers were injured in a drive-by shooting near a Chicago church in the early morning hours on May 31, officials said.
The shooting happened as officers were patrolling the area trying to disperse a large group of people on West 78th Street at about 1:55 a.m. when a vehicle drove by and fired shots at the crowd, then fled, the Chicago Police Department said in a statement. Nobody is in custody, police said.
Six of the seven are in fair condition,while one is listed in serious condition.
