One supreme court victory for Trump over district judges, but Roberts sides with the commie justices
"(zh) the supreme court on friday overruled an activist judge in boston, allowing the Trump administration to slash $250 million for more than 100 teacher training grants for die and other woke programs.
"in a 5-4 decision nine days after the request, the supremes sided with the Trump administration's emergency request to stay the court order by judge Myong J. Joun of the federal district of massachusetts - who had ordered the Trump administration to 'immediately restore' the 'pre-existing status quo prior to the termination.'
"according to the ruling - which is likely to narrow the ability of district courts to halt agency actions involving grant function, Joun lacked authority to order the Trump admin to restore the funding.
"in his ruling, Myong sided with california and eight other blue states that argued that the cuts were likely driven by efforts by the Trump administration to gut dei programs (duh).
"the cuts were announced on feb. 17, following findings by doge that taxpayer funds were being used to 'train teachers and education agencies on divisive ideologies' that were 'inappropriate and unnecessary,' including 'critical race theory, diversity, equity, and inclusion (die); social justice activism; ‘anti-racism’; and instruction on White privilege and White supremacy.
and of course, dissenting in the supreme court decision were justices Jackson, Sotomayor, Kagan, and chief justice Roberts."

Pathetic. He's blackmailed, lezzmailed, and dumbasslatinamailed. And most of them - supreme, appeals, district - were confirmed with 90% to 100% of the senate republicans voting yes, even rand paul and of course the mystifyingly trump-endorsed lindsey graham and without a maga rebellion that turkey will be in office thru 2032. These judges' blackrobe photos look like cheesy publicity shots for copycat tv judge shows on third-rate networks.

ReplyDeleteCurrently in NYC after flying out from pdx, pilots on the flight were thankfully all White but the entire flight attendant crew was black. The obese male flight attendant spotted me and started glaring at me for no apparent reason other than the usual hostility I get from black males. Female crew were "less than attentive" with that dragging way they go about their duties passive aggressively expressing how much they despise serving Whites. Other than that, the flight was uneventful.
Had my first serious incident with a negro in Central Park yesterday as I was walking back across after visiting the NY library for performing arts. As I approached the trail just above the softball field I could hear shouting up ahead, as I drew closer I could see a largish black male shouting and gesticulating wildly while blocking the trail with his random movements. I couldn't help but notice the trail was completely empty, it was a nice day and park was busy so it was obvious that Whites were avoiding the trail because of this man. With nobody else around I knew he would key in on me but I can be stubborn in not allowing negroes to inconvenience me in those little ways they like to do so I forged on ahead. When I neared him, his back was to me but suddenly spun around, spotted me and went silent for a moment. Then he started shouting at me and waving his arms threateningly while moving around so I couldn't get by. I looked at him directly and calmly said: "Get the F out of my way"
He again went silent for a moment, looked at me like he was considering doing something more violent but didn't seem to like the look in my eye so complied and moved out of my way. As I went by I watched for the possible sucker punch but all he did was resume his bizarre ranting in my direction as I walked away.
Dealing with negroes is like training dogs, they only understand immediate consequence, you have to deal with that initial behavior right when it happens so they learn that behavior has consequences, if you wait, they will never learn. Watch the Dog Whisperer to better understand that training method.
I know it's not safe for a man of my age to stand up to racist, violent negroes but It's maddening to see the cowardice of so many Whites, simply acquiescing to their behavior and refusing to stand up for themselves.
Roberts is deep state. He may prevent Trump from fixing this country unless Trump does a Jackson and decides to ignore the corrupt court.

Mr.Howell(Stanley Druckenmiller) opined,"By George,this could be economic nuclear war! I do not support more than 10% tariffs."
Ginger and Mary Ann were not available for comment,but the Skipper(POTUS)told everyone "to be patient"(and we might avoid getting shipwrecked on Recession Island).

ReplyDeleteGRA:Around noon,President Trump said retaliatory tariffs would go into immediate effect on China,after China's 34% tariffs were announced last week on U.S. goods and not removed as P.T. "suggested" they should.
Both sides are digging in--at least publicly.
Stock gains evaporated shortly afterwards. A drop below 5,000 SPX again would not be bullish.
