What’s Up, Doc?
A few nights ago (7 p.m.), as I pulled into my driveway, I noticed a rabbit sitting motionless, looking up. It was about 30 degrees out. I had taken the car to the store for maybe 15 minutes and when I’d left, there was no rabbit in the area. As I drove in, he didn’t move a muscle.
I went into the house and spread some peanut butter on bread and broke it into pieces and threw it out a foot away. He still didn’t move. I kept looking out the window and there he sat, looking frozen. A half hour later I noticed he had shifted about 2 feet, but still not moving. Finally, he was gone, and so was the bread and peanut butter (with a note):
“Next time, leave coffee.”

True story, except the note wasn't written in English--it was in French. I had to go on-line to translate. Canadian rabbit,I guess. I didn't think anyone would believe me if I told the story that way, lol. But everything else was true
