Name is confirmed. nbc noise is saying Jabbar, “is an ‘American’ citizen.” Rumors, back and forth, of ieds being found in ‘possibly, a rental truck.”
Ken Dilanian of nbc remarked, “this appears to be a more organized attack, the first time we know of, where bombs and guns were involved with a vehicle.”
Casualties are early reports. 10 dead and 35 survivors are AT LEAST numbers.
