new york post: “Ray Hodges was killed in the broad daylight jan. 2 fight inside a harlem deli.” But there was no fight. If there was a “fight,” then Alvin Cruz can plead self-defense. See what happens when you lie?

"a packed courtroom greeted Jaia [sic] Cruz, 24, after she [sic] was indicted on a second-degree murder charge in the stabbing death of usps postman Ray Hodges, 36, who prosecutors said confronted her [sic] about cutting him on line at the deli counter inside the bodega."

"Jaia [sic] Cruz, 24, was indicted on a second-degree murder charge in the stabbing death of usps postman Ray Hodges, 36, who prosecutors said confronted her [sic] about cutting him on line..."
“the hearing and court filings revealed chilling new details about the broad daylight jan. 2 melee [?; the original story said it was on january 3] at Joe’s deli grocery, including Cruz’s alleged shameless admission as Hodges lay dying.”
“Melee”? There was no melee, either. A melee suggests a riot, which would also permit Alvin Cruz to claim a mitigating factor. (His lawyer, Mitchell Schuman, asserts that Hodges was the attacker, and Cruz was just defending himself.)
The headline editor at Lachlan Murdoch and Keith Peele’s new york post wrote, “sicko who allegedly killed postal worker during nyc deli spat made chilling confession, da says: ‘he deserved it’”
Most readers will think that “sicko” refers to the alleged killer being a sexual psychopath, but at the post, there’s nothing at all wrong with being a man who claims to be a woman.
Note too that when new york city blacks witness a black-on-White hate crime, say, in the post office, they will routinely say of the White vic, “He deserved it.”
That’s how black witnesses (including postal workers) responded to a black man about 100 pounds heavier and a foot taller sneaking up on me from behind and sucker-punching me and pounding away on my head, while I was on the floor, in march, 1995.
A black postal cop who also witnessed the attack, lifted the attacker off of me, and took him away. I thought he was arresting him, but instead, the cop was acting as an accessory, escorting my attacker outside to freedom. I demanded the postal workers call the nycpd, which they did, but the hispanic cops who arrived were themselves hostile, though they did drive me to a nearby hospital for an examination.
“Confession”: Without reading the post “thing,” you know that the alleged killer is not someone who thinks he’s black, because if he were, neither Lachlan Murdoch nor Keith Peele would permit the headline editor to say that the alleged killer had “confessed” to the vic’s murder. For over 60 years, a movement in support of black cut-throats has demanded that no confession by a black criminal ever be accepted by police or prosecutors.
While dozens of people who are still permitted to post comments criticized the post’s staffers, not a single commenter defended them.

the post kept referring to the "da," without saying that it was black supremacist Alvin Bragg until the end of the story, since otherwise, readers would have skipped it.
