on substack: "Sailer’s law of mass shootings is that in incidents with four or more people killed or wounded by gunfire, if more are wounded than killed, the shooter (or often shooters) is probably black; but when more are killed than wounded, the shooter is likely nonblack.

One reason for this is that black mass shooters usually want to escape, so they don’t hang around to finish off the wounded, whereas nonblack mass shooters typically made up their mind ahead of time that they are never coming home.

(GRA: Does that make sense? No.)

A corollary to Sailer’s Law is that mass shootings on saturday night are almost always black-on-black. (An exception might be domestic slaughters.)

N.S.: The simplest explanation of Sailer's law is that black criminals have less discipline than any other class of criminals.
