    There were eight mass shootings(at least four people shot at one crime scene) on the 28th of July.

    Pensacola,Florida,Milwaukee,Wisconsin,
    Champaign,Illinois,South Bend,Indiana,Los Angeles,Rochester,N.Y.,St.Louis and Auburn,Washington.

    ZERO arrests in any of these "incidents".
