Say, isn't there now a vaccine against cancer?
He's going to miss out on the post-election riots after President Trump wins? With chemo,he MIGHT be able to last long enough for the mobs to kill him.
ReplyDeleteBut it's his decision.

ReplyDeleteCrazy, but even young healthy people get the big C. Being ultra healthy reduces the chance but it's still there. Being a workout warrior type myself, I understand how intense exercise can be overdone and sometime have a negative effect on the body. Cancer is cells multiplying out of control, it happens in all bodies all the time but our immune systems contain the cancerous cells and kill them. If the immune system drops, cancer can get a foothold, even in a healthy body. Working out if good for the immune system long term but very intense workouts that leave a body exhausted can lower immunity for short periods. Those periods of time could allow for cancer to take root and spread. A strong immune system can kick in and contain the spread but sometimes it can be overwhelmed.
This guy might have had a genetic predisposition or maybe was exposed to something. Or maybe a combination of those things and too intense of workouts. Who knows, it's all a big crapshoot.
