N.S.: Letitia James doesn't "investigate" anything. She determines a cop's race, and if he's White, she railroads him. It's highly abnormal for ags to get at all involved in criminal cases, much less to create them. That's for local prosecutors to do. But James isn't a prosecutor, she's a black supremacist persecutor of Whites.
