If true, then this means the price of oil should crater once these reserves are exploited.
N.S.: If it's in the british antarctic, why is this being attributed to the russkies?
I know the superpowers have been battling in the arctic for land and presumably oil and metals,but didn't know about the South Pole.They're running out of areas to fight over.

Antarctica has generally been held to be a non-developmental continent. Resources to be left in the ground.
ReplyDeleteAs if the Russian needs oil or natural gas. This is going to be another place rather inconsequential where the Russian is going to see if the door is open. Then waltz right in. A deliberate provocation.
