Great story.
ReplyDeleteWhat country was this in again?
I was watching a game show special,"Dumbest Answers from Game Shows" this past week and they asked the question:
Name a state of the USA that begins with the letter, "M".
The female contestant answered,"mexico"--which today would be correct. This show was from many years ago,so the woman was a psychic.

Someone will say that the invader could not understand what the woman was saying. All he wanted was a glass of water maybe. He meant no harm. Sure. That must be what it is. Sure.

ReplyDeleteA latino man,he thought he had a woman,
That he could both rob and rape.
Pedro broke inside the home of a White woman,
Thought he'd make a big escape.
"Get back,
Get back,
Get back to stinking Mexico.
Get back,
Get back,
Gotta gun, just want to let you know,
Get back,Pedro."
(Instrumental break)
"Go home"
"Get back,
Get back,
Get back to stinking Mexico.
Get back,
Get back,
Gotta gun, just want to let you know,
Get back--GO"
(Instrumental)
Sweet Anissa Tinnin,
Home with her grand daughter,
Then her door was broken down,
All the cops around,
Were looking for this Pedro,
She shot him and he hit the ground.
"Get back,
Get back,
I told you not to stick around,
Get back,
Get back,"
Cops came,
That's how it all went down
Good job,Anissa
(Instrumental)
"Go home"
"Get back,
Get back,
Get back to stinking Mexico.
Get back,
Get back,
Go off to your new prison home."
Oooooh
(Spoken)
Get back,Pedro,
Your warden's waiting for you,
With your brand new shoes
And a prison uni,
Go back,
Go back to where you now belong.

The symptom, Bill Richardson, is gone but the disease, New Mexico, remains. Whatever is said about this election year, at least we are spared the media's constant background buzz about "What if Bill Richardson...?" Ditto "What if Colin Powell...?"
ReplyDeleteI used to live in Albuquerque in an Hispanic neighborhood not too far from where this home invasion happened. I experienced 4 or 5 burglaries in this neighborhood. The police came but never caught anyone--they said there were several burglars who lived in the neighborhood. These burglars normally pursued their trade in wealthy neighborhoods, but sometimes, the police said, they were lazy so worked locally. There was a case of a home invader who was shot dead at the doorstep of someone in the neighborhood. The police congratulated the shooter--he had committed 25 crimes but the police had not been able to get him--they were glad to be rid of him.
