I have nothing against the late Lynne Marta, or the two daughters who survived her, but if she were really "notable," the anonymous writer wouldn't have had to say so.
If someone is “notable,” people will know it, the moment they see his name.
It’s like the story about the golf tournament from roughly 70 years ago. One obscure duffer after another tees up, with the radio announcer intoning each time his many honors. Finally, radio listeners hear, simply, “Ben Hogan.”

CHARACTER ACTRESS(I'LL DESCRIBE HER AS)ROLES SHE WAS.CREDITED FOR.
ReplyDelete(kvue)Lynn Marta played aunt of Kevin Bacon's character in Footloose (1984), the companion of Robert Duvall's character in Joe Kidd (1972), and a school teacher in Three Men and a Little Lady (1990). On TV, she served as a regular on Love, American Style and appeared in 24 episodes of Days of Our Lives. She had roles in Starsky & Hutch, Charlie's Angels, Designing Women, and Law & Order, among many others. Her final on screen credit came in 2004 when she played an attendant in American Dreams.
GRA:She was definitely in show business, though I never heard of her either.
The big "C" got her.
