His father was working for the Iranian Embassy. Children of ambassadors and those with diplomatic immunity are not eligible for citizenship. Some say the same clause makes it possible to deny citizenship to illegal immigrants. Of course the government should have not made the mistake of assuming he was a citizen in the first place.
When he got his passport the first time, NO ONE ever was able to detect he was not eligible for a passport in the first place? Kinda like the guy in Ireland. Was ineligible for citizenship but got it anyhow.
He needs to go to Iran, fill out the paperwork, be fast tracked to enter the USA and attain full and complete citizenship the legal way and none other.
