fbi at Card’s home—there’s a standoff (but is he even there?)

[“Robert Card’s family knew that he was ‘hearing voices’ of people at sites where he later committed mass murder.”]

nbc says a gun was found in Card’s subaru. It isn’t known if it’s the murder weapon. There are rumors by so-called profile experts that Card may have had a getaway boat ready which, in my opinion, would be too slow of an escape and visible from police helicopters—did he have a submarine? (Chuckle.)

It is amazing he has eluded capture so far. Did he have help escaping? Or is he dead? Fascinating stuff—not the killings—but after.

nbc also did a story about the town of Lewiston, showing the river (Androscoggin) that runs through the town. A fast-moving current was evident. It looked treacherous, actually. Is that where Robert Card met his demise? Or did it carry him to freedom? --GRA

“(independent) a swarm of police officers are said to be surrounding Robert Card’s home in Bowdoin, maine, according to numerous reports.

“outlets reported hearing loud explosions coming from an address believed to be linked to the suspect with a heavy law enforcement presence outside. it’s unclear if the alarming sounds were caused by flash bangs, guns, or something else entirely.”

N.S.: They’re waiting until he commits suicide, or dies of old age, assuming he’s even there.

  1. It appears now, after the fact, news media has decided police were at Card's house to execute a warrant. You don't think they'd build the story up a little to keep viewers watching?

Maybe the man is a survivalist? Knows the woods and can hide using a dugout or dugouts and prepositioned food, etc. Or live off the land.

  3. "a getaway boat" - like the surviving Tsarnaev brother had after the Boston Marathon bombing. Unfortunately, the boat was in someone's back yard, not in the water. https://abcnews.go.com/US/boston-bomb-suspect-captured-alive-backyard-boat/story?id=18994511
