I changed the title, because Scruton didn’t discuss the official title.

The official title would have required a discussion of the rise of campus violence, other forms of coercion, as well as sophistry, which he did touch on, and of how, far from defending the university, campus administrators variously surrendered to, or embraced the terrorists.
