    Drunk Mex MAY be as dangerous as sober nigs--definitely as drivers--but they go loco--drunk. Nigs are dangerous in any condition,but they don't need to get high to go nuts.It's possible booze sedates noggers--the opposite of Mex--who get crazy,hence the phrase,"crazy Mex"."Crazy noggers" are crazy--sober.
