GRA: I’ve read N.S.’s thoughts on undocumented crime in nyc and elsewhere, which he believed accounted for phony drops in crime rates. Here’s another take, that notes a change in reporting systems which are taking so long to be updated, that information being transferred from the old system to the new are not keeping up with the actual explosive increases in 2021-22 crime rates—intentionally it seems—to aid democrats.

Run by dominion? Or just crooked negro police departments? I’ll choose b.
